Southern Cross Housing is now offering all tenants in Nowra that are unable to get to a vaccination clinic with the opportunity to be vaccinated in their home. The planned date for in home vaccinations is Monday 1 November 2021.

On Tuesday 12th October Southern Cross Housing in conjunction with Aspen Medical delivered a special vaccination clinic for tenants that are located in Nowra.

Thank you to all tenants that attended on the day. A second clinic will be held for everyone that attended the first clinic to receive their 2nd Pfizer Vaccination. This clinic will be held on Tuesday 2nd November 2021 at 5-9 Enterprise Avenue in South Nowra.

Our Communities Assist Team will contact everyone that received their first vaccination to confirm appointment times for the second clinic.

  • Your Medicare online account through myGOV
  • The Express Plus Medicare mobile app

Using your Medicare online account through myGov

  1. Sign in to myGOV and select Medicare
  2. On the Immunisation history tile, select View Statement
  3. Select your name and then select View history statement (PDF)

Using the Express Plus Medicate mobile app

  1. Log on to the app
  2. Select Immunisation history from Services
  3. Select your name and then select View history statement (PDF)
