WHAT ABOUT REPORTING MAINTENANCE?

SCH will continue to respond to urgent Maintenance requests only, and from April 1, 2023, you will need to report all maintenance to ILALC. Up until the 31st of March you can still direct any Housing inquiry you may have or any question relating to this letter to your Housing Officer on 1300 757 885.

WILL MY RENT CHANGE?

No, your rent will only be reviewed in line with JLALC procedures.
