Provider Description

Headspace Nowra is a youth health service offering psychology support, youth counselling support, dietician services and Work and study programs for clients who wish to engage with the IPS program. We hold groups focusing on Anger, anxiety & Depression ( Skills for change group), Greif, loss and change ( Seasons for growth group), ADHD Support group, PRIDE SAPCE (LGBTIQA+ group), Family & Friends reference Group, Youth Reference group.

How to Access Services

Self referrals accepted, or GP referrals welcomed – Please call us on 44467300 or drop in to make an intake appointment.
