Self referral service – phone, drop in or email us
Family, friends, teachers, GP, and services can make a referral on your behalf

Criteria For Accessing Services

We provide services for young people aged between 12-25.
If we are not the appropriate service for a young person, we will help with referrals to more appropriate services
