The Southern Cross Housing Communities Assist team are here to help build that future, and we have a host of programs and initiatives to help you and your family access the support you need, to get the job you want. We have developed strong industry partnerships with a range of employment-specific community organisations who can assist you with:
- Employment and upskilling advice
- Goal setting
- Resume writing
- Referrals to education and training
- Knowledge of requirements for working in specific industries
- Brokerage and funding for work-related items and equipment
At Southern Cross Housing we believe that assisting our tenants to gain employment is vital for fostering long-term stability and empowerment. By providing tailored employment support, we help individuals build the skills and confidence needed to secure meaningful work. The goal is not only to help tenants find jobs but also to ensure they find the right opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.
