Provider Description
Range of services are inclusive and we work together with individuals, families and communities to achieve their goals. We offer a wide range of social, training and support activities and groups out of our two Neighbourhood Centres such as playgroup, walking group, self help and support groups, tax help program, art, craft and well-being activities and an after school homework study group. Our Social Support team works with and supports NDIS and My Aged Care participants in the Northern Shoalhaven to live their lives more fully by helping them to realise their goals and to pursue their dreams.
