PATH2HOME REGISTRATION

The Path2Home/Doing It Tough resource will be a guide/booklet and online resource to assist those who are homeless or at risk of being homeless and don’t know where to go for help.

It will also be an invaluable tool for those working in the community sector that would like to know of other places they can go to or refer to, so they may help someone in need.

The resource directories will be a list of the names and addresses of the services specific to each Local Government Area including the Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, Bega Valley, Snowy Monaro, Goulburn Mulwaree, Queanbeyan–Palerang and Yass Valley that may be able to help e.g.: support agencies, counselling, free showers, toilets, laundry facilities, food banks, free or low-cost meals, food parcels or a bed for the night. Once the directory has been produced it will be distributed throughout these areas.

Examples of organisations that could carry and distribute copies are neighbourhood centres, emergency accommodations, hospitals, mental health services, information centres, police, libraries and any 24hr venues such as service stations.

Please provide current information on your organisation that you give consent to be shared as part of the Path2Home/Doing It Toughe resource.

Support Providers

NOTE: If your organisation provides more than one major service it can have more than one entry in the resource directory.

For example, an organisation with multiple services that provides emergency accommodation + and Drug and Alcohol Program + a food store can have separate entries under each category
