Provider Description

Reconnect Service provides a free, confidential and safe place for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families. We support young people aged between 12 and 18 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our service is available to families who are willing to work together to reduce family breakdown. We can provide support to both the young person and their family.

The Eden Community Hub is your one-stop- shop for support. We’ve partnered with a range of community organisations and brought them under one roof to offer a range of community services.
