Provider Description

InsidesOut offers solution-focused Counselling for children aged 6 years, adolescence and adults. Some of the areas covered are effective parenting and communication, childhood development and socialisation issues, relationships, domestic violence involvement/recovery, addictions, anxiety/depression. A combination of therapeutic modalities are utilised to offer each client an individualised program. Expressive therapies such as art and movement can be incorporated into "talk" sessions where appropriate. Bodywork such as massage, reflexology, colonic irrigation and chakra balancing are also available.
