One Door Mental Health
Provider Description
CPS stands for Commonwealth Psychosocial Support. (Coordinaire Primary Health Network funding)
Adults (aged 16-65) with a psychosocial disability as their primary diagnosis. The program offers 3-9 months of individualised support.
We assess clients and assist them to access
1:1 Linkage to clinical and other service supports.
1:1 Linkage to social supports (including groups at One Door).
1:1 Support to apply for the NDIS if they meet eligibility criteria for this.
Groups – Activity and recovery skills at West St
We have our group program at West St Nowra. Activities run mostly on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. They are available for NDIS and Non NDIS clients.
Activities include
Art and craft
Snooker
Tennis
Meditation
Walk and talk
Bingo.
You can also get a delicious home cooked lunch on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday for $6.00
The weekly program is available at One Door Nowra – One Door Mental Health.
Nowra One Door also provide Support Coordination/Recovery Coaching for NDIS participants.

Criteria For Accessing Services
We see people 16-65 years old.
People with severe and or complex mental health issues as their primary diagnosis.
Self referrals, referrals from service providers and health professionals welcome.
