Shoalcoast Community Legal Centre provides legal advice and assistance in Family Law (separation, children, property, divorce, child support), and Civil Law (personal safety, employment, tenancy, discrimination, victims support, debt, Centrelink benefits, power of attorney/guardianship/wills, consumer issues, traffic offences)

How to Access Services

For free legal advice, please call 4422 9529 or 1800 229 529. Our friendly team will complete a client intake with you and a solicitor will call you back or arrange a time to see you for a face to face appointment. Criteria For Accessing Services

There is no cost for any service received from Shoalcoast CLC., but clients may be expected to pay disbursements, where necessary. The Centre offers ongoing legal assistance in limited circumstances for clients identifying as being financially disadvantaged.
