BECOME A MEMBER OF OUR TENANT ADVISORY COMMITEE

The Southern Cross Housing Tenant Advisory Committees or (TAC’s) are a great way for you to provide tenant input into the way that Southern Cross Housing delivers its services and programs. TAC members  develop an in depth understanding of the range of services and activities that are provided and supported by Southern Cross Housing and participation can provide you with skills in leadership,  advocacy and event management.

NOWRA TENANT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (NTAC)

The Nowra TAC is up and running but we are still seeking two nominations from a resident that is aged 18 – 25 years, to represent the views of young people, and one from an Aboriginal Community Representative. You can learn more about the NTAC by reading the NTAC Terms of Reference. If you are interested in joining the NTAC please complete a Nomination Form and sign the Meeting Code of Practice.

BEGA VALLEY TENANT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (BTAC)

Nominations for our Bega Valley TAC are still open to all residents. You can learn more about the BTAC by reading the BTAC Terms of Reference. If you are interested in joining the BTAC please complete a Nomination Form and sign the Meeting Code of Practice.

ABORIGINAL & TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER TENANT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (ATAC)

The ATAC provides a forum for Southern Cross Housings (SCH) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents to provide feedback on the organisation’s services, policies and procedures, and provide tenant input into decision-making to raise the profile of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

If you are interested in joining the ATAC please read the attached Terms of Reference and complete a Nomination Form
