PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Southern Cross Housing continues to offer more housing solutions by rolling out secondary dwellings where suitable across its portfolio. The 60m2 homes all meet Silver Standard of the Livable Housing Guidelines, have their own private yards, separate entry, and parking spaces.
By building these ourselves, not only are they cost effective, but our Trainees are extremely proud of their achievements. Especially knowing their hard work will help people live better lives with safe, secure and fit for purpose homes. These homes are also a much better option for people with complex needs or anxiety who prefer more privacy and independent living.
