Provider Description

The program receives referrals from anyone, including non government and government services, individuals and family members, and responds by way of establishing lines of communication with families, assessing their needs, making links with supports where needed, coordinating supports and following up, for a period of up to 16 weeks. The program has brokerage for immediate needs and can provide food and fuel vouchers, as well as one off purchases of essential items.

Criteria For Accessing Services

The program is accessible to any family with dependents up to 18 years old, and young people up to the age of 25.
