Provider Description
Walk in centre for people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Referrals to local specialist homelessness services and other relevant support agencies and charities. Assistance to address terms and conditions of Temporary Accommodation. Advocacy with local government and non-government agencies. Workshops and health and wellbeing programs. Visiting services such as Centrelink, Legal Aid and Southern Cross Housing.
How to Access Services
Walk-in centre – no appointment needed.
Criteria For Accessing Services
No eligibility criteria: all welcome.
